  • Are the temporary tattoos safe for all skin types?

    Yes, our temporary tattoos are made with skin-safe, non-toxic materials that are suitable for all skin types, including children and individuals with sensitive skin. They conform to EU Cosmetic Safety Directive (1223/2009/EC).

  • What designs are available for the temporary tattoos?

  • How long do the temporary tattoos last?

    Our temporary tattoos typically last between 2 to 5 days, depending on skin type and care. They are water-resistant and durable but can be removed earlier if desired using baby oil, standard makeup removers, rubbing alcohol or just a good old scrub in the shower.

    We understand that plans can change. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Our cancellation and rescheduling policy, including any applicable fees, will be provided at the time of booking.

  • What are the setup and breakdown times for the Temporary Tattoo Station?

    We typically need between 45-60 mins for setup and 30 minutes to break down the Station. We will coordinate with you to ensure everything is ready before your event starts and seamlessly packed up afterwards, and if additional time is required, this can be discussed when we are finalising your requirements.

  • Do you travel to different locations for events?

    Yes, we are happy to travel to various locations to bring our Temporary Tattoo Station to your event. Additional costs may apply depending on the distance from our base location. Please contact us with your requirements and we will be happy to discuss this in more detail.

  • How far in advance should I book a Temporary Tattoo Station?

    We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your date, especially during peak event seasons. Ideally, 2-3 months in advance is a good time-frame, especially if you are interested in custom tattoos, but we will always do everything we can to try and accomodate your needs if our schedule permits.

    Yes, your tailored package will include friendly and professional staff who will set up the station and apply the tattoos for your guests. Team Doris Loves are very experienced and can help ensure a fun and safe tattooing event for you and your guests. We do also offer DIY packages.

  • How much space is needed for a Temporary Tattoo Station?

    We require a space of approximately 2m x 2m (and 2m high) to set up our temporary tattoo station. We can adapt to different spaces and settings to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for your guests. We can also come to your event without the tattoo station or provide a DIY set up.

  • What types of events are suitable for a Doris Loves Temporary Tattoo Station?

    Our Temporary Tattoo Stations are perfect for a wide range of events including weddings, corporate events, festivals, birthday parties, and charity events. Any occasion where you want to add a fun, interactive element would benefit from a Temporary Tatto Station!

Orders

  • How do I cancel or change my order?
    Unfortunately, it’s not possible to make any changes to an order or cancel it once it has been placed. However, you could ask for a refund.
  • How to track my order?
    You will receive an email from us after you have placed the order. You’ll get confirmation in your email when you purchase and we’ll let you know when your order is on the move. You will be able to track your order through your preferred shipping partner.
  • What are my payment options?

    We accept all the popular payment methods such as PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Amazon Pay and Google Pay.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Do you ship overseas?
    Yes, we ship all over the world. Please note that additional shipping costs will be applied based on your delivery location.
  • Do you offer free shipping?
    Yes, free shipping is available for all the orders that’s placed inside the United States. We charge shipping fees for overseas orders.
  • How long does the delivery take?
    We usually take 3-5 business days for your order to be shipped & delivered.

Refund & Exchange

  • How long does it take to get the Refund?
    Once we receive your return, please allow us 3-5 business days for your refund to process. Refund amount will be automatically debited to the same form of payment originally used for purchase.
  • How do I track my Refund?
    To track the status of your refund, kindly refer to your confirmation email that you have received from us.
  • What is your Refund & Exchange Policy?
    You can ask for a refund within 30 days of your purchase. Returned items must be in the exact same condition as they were received.
